CrossFit Foundations

CrossFit Foundations 90 Days

When you come to FirePower it is our job to make you fall in love with our coaching, CrossFit training and our FirePower community. All new CrossFit and CrossFit Lite members complete a Foundations series before starting group training.

Our goal is simple: to teach you proper form and technique of CrossFit movements and to ensure your safety. You’ll learn how to lift, squat, climb, throw, jump, row and more! In addition, you’ll learn the philosophy behind the CrossFit program, why it works so well and nutrition strategies we use to get incredible results.

**Note CrossFit Lite Foundations does not include barbells.

Your First 90 Days Includes:

  • 6 Foundations sessions. 5 CrossFit Sessions and 1 Boxing Session
  • Unlimited CrossFit, CrossFit Lite and Boxing classes once you complete your required Foundations sessions
  • Access to yoga classes to support your mobility
  • FirePower workout tracking journal or SugarWod app access
  • Functional movement screen (optional) to identify exercises you need to focus on
  • Digital Bio-health analysis (optional) to provide a benchmark for weightloss
  • Complimentary Physiomed health assessment to review previous or current injuries & how to manage them
Once these sessions are completed, you can enjoy an unlimited number of classes for remainder 90 Days. After that, don’t stop! CrossFit Foundations Class 1

CrossFit Foundations is the entry-point for CrossFit group classes. It is a beginner course of progressive training sessions with an experienced, educated and certified CrossFit Coach.
