Summer Teen Athlete Training - 1 week drop in (Mon - Fri)

Whether you are a high level athlete looking to improve your strength and fitness for your sport or simply looking for a general fitness program, this is for you.

What to expect:

· 6 week program – 7:30am Monday through Friday

· 1-hour, instructor lead classes in Olympic Weightlifting, Boxing, Gymnastics and CrossFit

· Daily Skill/Strength Development and Conditioning Workout

· Nutritional guidance and support

· Goal oriented and team building environment

The 1(one) week option allows for those busy summer time schedules. Book up to 4 individual weeks throughout the program around your schedule.


· Increasing the following skills will lead to better athletic development and increase your ability to play sport and increase your general physical preparedness.

• With FirePower you will increase your competency in Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
