Fitness Boxing Boot Camp

This is a 5 week fitness conditioning program using boxing as the basis for your workouts. Other strength and conditioning elements will be mixed in each week. Focus is on weight-loss and cardio-endurance. Beginners are welcome. No boxing experience is required to start.
  • Handwraps are included with all registrations. Gloves are available for use, however we recommend you purchase a new pair at the front desk for sanitary purposes.
  • Also included is a series of 30 at-home workouts you can do on your own - 10 workout with 3 progressive levels of fitness.
  • Additional private boxing training sessions are available throughout the week upon request.
