Introducing FirePower's latest specialty program - Fit 4 MTB. This 8-week program is specifically designed to enhance performance in mountain biking. It incorporates mobility, flexibility, strength, core, balance, and single-leg exercises tailored to the demands of riding. With two sessions per week plus an optional longer conditioning day, participants will progressively increase intensity, focusing on foundational strength in the early weeks and peaking with high-intensity workouts in the final weeks. Suitable for all levels, this program aims to optimize strength, endurance, and agility for improved mountain biking performance.



Note: This is only for fitness preparation. It does not include riding lessons. Clients will be invited to join our FirePower Mountain Bikers Facebook group to find organized group rides once the season has begun.
