To keep track of steps, we will be using an app that can sync with your phone, Garmin, FitBit, etc. We're trying to make it as EASY as possible to do this challenge so you don't have to do any manual submitting of daily steps. Instructions on how to sync this app will be coming. If you prefer a manual tracking instead of an app, we can help with that too. Just let us know!
