FirePower Varsity Classes

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that excels in preparing you for the rigors of life outside of the gym. We recognize that everyone has different fitness capabilities and because of that, there is a coach overseeing every class. We will ensure that we tailor each and every workout to meet you where you are at, find a way to allow you to be successful all while guaranteeing that you push yourself to work hard. We encourage coordination, agility, accuracy and proper movement patterns long before we introduce intensity and heavier weight. Younger kids do not need to lift heavy load to get stronger, rather learning how to recruit the right muscles will make them stronger. You don’t have to be an athlete to be a good Crossfitter. This program can help any child become more confident and secure in their own abilities.

FirePower Varsity has one major goal in mind- PERFORMANCE. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. On top of that, because the workouts are constantly varied, they are less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
  • Each session will be 45 minutes long
  • Training will include CrossFit, Olympic Lifting & Boxing
  • Nutrition for health and performance will also be introduced.
  • For ages 14-17.
