CrossFit Classes

Constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity. The goal is to improve fitness and GPP (general physical preparedness), which is defined as “work capacity across broad times and modal domains.

After your warm-up, workouts are typically short—20 minutes or less—and intense, demanding all-out physical effort. CrossFit combines body-weight movements, gymnastics and weightlifting/OLY lifting. These elements are mixed in various combinations to form prescribed Workouts of the Day or “WODs”.

Every class is instructor-lead by certified CrossFit coaches. Larger classes have between 2-4 coaches with apprentice coaches supporting as well.
