Youth Fitness
The Youth Program is based on monthly memberships.
Athletes have access to 3 classes per week to support them on their health and training journey.
There is flexibility in the time slots to allow for other school and extracurricular activities to fit their schedules.
Most new athletes will begin in novice classes to support them in learning how to safely and consistently move
through foundational movements. Changes in athlete placement are based on the coaches' evaluation.
