FirePower's Teen Summer Training Program is an all encompassing strength and conditioning programming for ages 14-17. Classes are 1 hour and run Monday - Friday at 7:30am.

FirePower's Teen Summer Training Program is an all encompassing strength and conditioning programming for ages 14-17. Classes run daily, Monday - Friday at 7:30am.

Our 1 week drop in options allows for busy flexible schedules throughout the summer. Book up to 4 individual weeks throughout the 6 week program.

Our strength and endurance training program for young athletes and serious fitness enthusiasts is back! Using a 360˚ approach, athletes will take their sport performance to the next level through focused sessions in strength, conditioning, nutrition, mental preparation and team building.

Varsity Weekend Workshops CAD$40Purchase required to enroll

A 90-minute intensive workshop focusing on one barbell lift and one gymnastics skill each week. Two coaches will guide the athletes in a small group to improve their technique of each movement to help them safely and confidently increase their weights in class and also work towards better gymnastics skills. The Varsity Weekend Workshop is geared towards current RCFP varsity athletes currently enrolled in the program.
