Youth Summer Athlete Series - 3 Day

This summer series is a 4 week weightlifting program designed specifically for teenagers aged 13-17. Focus is on slow and controlled strength training with proper form and supporting accessory & mobility work. Training will incorporate a combination of barbells and dumbbells.

This program aims to improve overall athletic performance by focusing on enhancing power & strength development. Participants will learn to maximize their physical potential and develop a strong foundation for athletic movement.

Our elite specialty trainers ensure a safe and supportive environment for teens to thrive and gain confidence in their skills.

Sessions are at 10:30am and will run 60 to 75 minutes long. Group size is limited to 10 athletes. Unfortunately there are no makeups or refunds for missed sessions.
