FirePower Striking

Adding striking techniques to CrossFit workouts is a natural fit - not only for 911's, but for all athletes as well. Striking workouts provide athletes with a fighter's fitness level; increased core strength, rotational speed and power, while learning a self-protection skill-set.

LIMITED PARTICIPATION SO SIGN-UP IS REQUIRED. All participants much have completed a CrossFit Foundations and a Striking Foundations, unless approval has been granted by an RCFP coach.
